The ICA Fitness and Conditioning Course teaches you, through a series
of drills, movements and applications, to explore the imagination and creative side of fitness training. The balancing of the training is of fundamental importance in the needs of the modern player, a strong body and a strong mind. The need for creativity, that spark of genius, that unexpected movement, can and does upset the most sophisticated team systems, tactics, and organization. So alongside the tactical/ technical and physical drills, creative and reactive drills are demonstrated using video, animation and superb 3-d graphics.

The essence of The ICA Fitness and Conditioning Course is to provide coaches with the knowledge to implement a fitness program that develops
rhythmic, well round players, who posses mastery of the ball, wherever the play demands, and above all, to make every training session a very enjoyable experience. What Level is the Course?

The information you will learn on The ICA Fitness and Conditioning Course is
applicable to almost all ages and skill levels, from youth to professional.

The Course Exam

The ICA Fitness and Conditioning for Soccer Course consists of nine
modules written to take you step-by-step through the techniques and skills you'll need to complete
the exam. The exam consists of 60 multiple choice and true or false questions and each module is explained in detail within the website. Coaches are required to familiarize themselves with each section before taking the exam.

How to Prepare for the Exam
To fully prepare for the course you must read and understand the following modules
;

  • Isolation Training,
  • Speed Development,
  • Strength Training,
  • Stamina Training,
  • Flexibility Training,
  • Rhythm Training,
  • Mobility Training
  • Cool Down's.

Failing to prepare, is preparing to fail. Just like any other exam you are serious about you need to do your homework. All questions of the exam
will relate to these modules.

What is the Passing Grade?

We want you to master the concepts of  the of the course, not just
memorize facts. Refer to all the modules of the website when taking the exam. If you don't pass the first time, try again until you reach to pass mark of 85% or higher. As soon as you pass the exam, we will e-mail you your personalized certificate.


How do I know if I Passed?

Can I Retake the Exam if I Fail?

Yes, you may take the exam as many times as you wish.
