Circle Dynamics

This style of
organization is excellent for developing the concept
of rhythm.
No one feels exposed because no one is isolated. The
movement, if lost, can be retrieved quickly by
adopting the timing of the group.
The exercises are designed the develop rhythm and
improved flexibility, but many of them also
introduce the concept of combining two movements,
something which is vital in soccer. Often the follow
up, rebound or second touch is vital in a game, this
second movement or combination is evident in many of
these activities. Throughout these exercises it is
important to work both sides of the body.
Players must be nimble and alert, conditioned to be
in a stated or readiness at all times. Balance,
agility, flexibility and speed are intrinsic to
these exercises. By increasing players range
of movement a coach can increase the number of
solutions that can be offered to every potential
problem.
