Group Ball Exchange                             



Coaching Points:

The group ball exchange drill can be performed using the entire team.
Players work in an area approximately 20 yards x 20 yards.

Players are number 1 through 10 etc. Player 1 throws to player 2, player 2 throws to player 3 and so on.
Players exchange balls while moving around the grid. The idea is to throw and move to a new position with the ball never touching the ground. Start by using 1 ball, then add additional balls to increase the tempo of the practice.

Players should be constantly alert and communicating with each other.
