the player should allow the ball to hit the ground for a fraction of a second.
Step Two: As the ball rises from the ground, approximately 4 inches, the ball is struck through the horizontal
mid-line. Contact with the kicking foot is made with the laces and the foot should be fully extended down.
Step Three: The power of the shot comes from a stabbing action from the knee and not the hip.
