Objective of the Practice:
This is a good attacking exercise that emphasizes disciplined passing and movement. It develops good passing techniques, good movement and first touch.

 

Field Preparation:
3 teams of 6 players 
  Area 30 x 30 Yards
  Supply of balls and cones

 

Coaching Points
Players are divided into 3 teams of different colors. 6 v 6 with 6 resting around the perimeter of the field. One team attacking goals 1 & 2, the other team attacking goals 3 & 4.

Focus On:
  Quick exchange of the ball, quality passing.   
  High pressure defending. 
  Communication. 

Think forward, Run Forward, Pass Forward!
Press as a group without the ball
Transition quickly as a team from offense to defense.
