Objective of the Practice:
This practice is designed to improve support movement off the ball by the third player running.
Field Preparation:
3 grids of 10 yards (9 metres) in size. Grids in a triangle with 30 yards (metres) between them.
3 players in each grid. 9 players.
1 ball.

Coaching Points:
Player from grid 1 runs with the ball and plays it into grid 2 and follows into grid 2. The player who receives the
ball in grid 2, sets it for supporting player, who plays it for player 3 to make a third man run.
Objectives – Passing, support, timing of pass and run.
Progressions – 1. Change Direction. 2. Condition to one touch. 3. Make distance between grids bigger and smaller.
