Throw-Ins:
1. Take the throw quickly.
2. Throw to an unmarked player.
3. Throw forward.
4. Throw for ease of control.
5. Create enough space for the throw to be effective.
Free kicks in the midfield or defensive third.
1. Should be taken very quickly.
2. As soon as the kick is awarded, two players should move quickly to the ball to take the kick.
3. Players in advance of the ball should look for the pass quickly.
